It seems to me that line is used in several different shorts, but the one I recall is when Moe says it to Curly in HALF SHOT SHOOTERS.
 [pie]
Here's a new one:
"I say, Jasper. Uh, what comes after seventy-five?"
"Seventy-six."
"That’s the spirit, hahahaha."

Moe and Larry in Disorder in the Court

How about this one:

"You know Porcupine, for a guy without brains you're a genius."
"Moronica must expand! We must lend our neighbors a helping hand. We must lend them two helping hands, and help ourselves to our neighbors!"
Moe in "You Natzi Spy!"

Larry: Say, when I come back I’ll give you a password.
Moe: Brilliant, what’ll it be?
Larry: Open The Door!

"Soitenly not, I was in a house!"
"What house?"
"The dog house!"

I believe that line is from SLIPPERY SILKS. There's no transcript available to check but doesn't Mr. Romani (played by William J. Irving) say that to Mr. Morgan Morgan (played by Vernon Dent)?
 [scratch]
I'm pretty sure I'm right (if anyone disagrees, please speak up!), so I'll go ahead & ask the next one:

"Hey fellas, listen to this letter. Gentlemen..."
"That ain't for us, we're not gentlemen."

"Slippery Silks" is correct.

I don't recall which short your line comes from, but I'm pretty sure that the next line is "Speak for yourself!" followed by a slap in the face.

(Added after getting cpp's answer and looking up the short on YouTube: Yes, that is the next line, but the gesture that follows is a nose-tweak rather than a face-slap.)

You didn't travel far for that one---it's from the same character in the same short.

Here's one a little more memorable, I hope:

"And fourteen carats!"---"Carrot? That don't look like a vegetable to me!"
