Haha.  Muffin top is the gooshy fat on an overweight woman's hips/waist that hangs over the sides of her jeans.  The term only really applies to chicks, as guy don't wear hip-hugging jeans.     

I guess, techincally, guys can have muffin top, too, though.  But you wouldn't call it that; you'd just say, "Wow, that guy's fat."

Actually, the term for that is "dunlop's disease", as in "his waist done lopped over his belt". (I've also heard it called dunlap's)

There's yet another term for a guy's jellyroll ... the term He's got a case of "chest of drawers" - his chest has fallen into his drawers.
