I was 14 when he died, and I remember all the media hoopla about the last of The Three Stooges passing away.  Happy very belated birthday, Curly Joe.

Happy belated birthday, Curly Joe. Having first discovered the Stooges through the cartoon show, I’ve always had a soft spot for him. He may not have been Curly or Shemp, but he did a fine job doing what he could during a time when the Stooges couldn’t really do the schtick they were famous for as much.
