Not sure how many here will be moved by this, but I felt the need to post something. He's most famous as the guy who played bass and sang for Cream, and he had a really versatile career afterwards. As a bass player myself, I can promise you this guy was the real deal on his instrument, an amazing improviser and virtuoso, and a guy most of us will never be as good or original as no matter how hard we try. R.I.P. Jack, we lost a great one today.

I remember Bruce. Cream is one of only five groups that I can name all the members of. Beatles, Stones, The Who and Fleetwood Mac being the others.
