I love Downfall Parodies.  Parody makers, known as 'Untergangers,' like to make crossover parodies where Downfall's Hitler contacts various other 'Hitlers' from the real deal, Inglorious Basterds, The Bunker, The Great Dictator, etc.
It was only natural for der fuhrer to try his luck with the great ruler of Moronica.
