Fox Home Entertainment is releasing "The Charlie Chan Collection Vol. 5" on Sept. 16. One of the films in the box set is MURDER OVER NEW YORK (1940), which includes Shemp Howard in a small guest role.

Yes the small cameo that Shemp does in this movie will bring a big smile to your face :) It's well worth checking out. Charlie Chan movies are not that long around 1hr 10 mins or so  , they are great to watch on a rainy day .

Didn't know Shemp did a Charlie Chan!  Does anyone know if the film Headin' East is available anywhere?

HEADIN' EAST (1937) is not on home video. Fair chance it will show up on TCM in the future.

If a film is on home video, that information appears on its filmography page.
