I have vivid memories as a kid seeing that VERY steep hill in this one and wondering WHERE that was. Well, the answer is Fargo Street in Los Angeles and you can see what it looks liked today here in my new quick preview then and now video of a few of the filming locations used in The Little Rascals movie "Hi'-Neighbor!" 1934 vs today.
