I watched this just an hour ago or so, and thought it an excellent "mini-documentary".  Joe Besser get a lot of unkind criticism for the Stooges shorts he was in, but the poorer quality of those shorts were due to budget cuts and weak scripts, which wasn't Joe's fault.
