Moral and Ethical Employee Treatment for Retail Workers

Interesting forum, CURLYFAN, and a good idea for a site.  I liked the emphasis that the purpose is not for "unionizing" (I hate unions, personally), but rather "about developing a better working environment within the structure."

I've worked in retail sales before - and hated it.  (As long term members undoubtedly know, I haven't got a lot of patience with the terminally stupid, and there's so many of them out there!)      Those of you in the business have my deepest sympathy.

I just read the thread on customers stupidest question of the week.......... on the Dollar General board. Funny stuff!
