Reporting & recovering from the 1st "Abbott & Costello Cruise," to Bermuda. We left Bayonne NJ on October 24th, docked in Bermuda for 2 days, and returned to NJ on the 29th.
From the attached jpg.flyer, you can see the list of A&C family members who participated. Accompanied by A&C and classic comedy fans.
Great food, lounges/bars/nightclubs, great food, Bermuda's sites, great food, shipboard stage/lounge/promenade shows, great food, etc., etc., ... plus, if I didn't mention it already, lots'a great food.
Our group got together on the last day at sea for a screening of A&C MEET FRANKENSTEIN, followed by a fun Q&A with A&C family and friends.
Lou's daughter Chris Costello organized everything, excellently.
There will almost certainly be a follow-up cruise... tentatively, discussions are leaning toward Sept. 2011 for a cruise to New England and Canada. When definite information is determined next year, I'll pass it along.
