Ok, so here we have a lame, ancient, corny ad from George Romero's Latent Image Studio. Presenting...
The Magic Lantern:

I just want to know the name of the piece of music that plays right at the start. I'm sure I've heard it, or something remarkably similar, before! It sounds like something from the Hal Roach comedies like the Little Rascals or the Laurel and Hardy shorts.

At the risk of sounding Ben Stein-ish... Anyone? Anyone?

And, yes, I realise I should get negative karma points just for posting this crappy clip!

Update: Never mind! I'll never find a clean copy of this, anyway, because it comes from a production music library called Hi-Q from Capitol Records, circa 1950-60.

Don't watch the video! Save yourself!

Where can I buy a "Magic Lantern"? Shit, if I can attract a bunch of blondes with a $10 grill and some charcoaled steaks... I'll Ebay my 5-burner, rotisserie, 50,000 BTU Viking propane furnace!

Newspaper + Charcoal + Magic Lantern + steaks = Hot Blondes + steaks = Hot Blondes + Shit.

Never mind.

We just need to face facts here: Nothing reels in the babes like a complete Stooges collection on DVDr!

Well... that and free booze.
