Topic: Moe and Curly freemasons?

I was reading some stuff about the stooges online, and one of the articles I read said, that Moe and Curly were freemasons. I then proceeded to look into it, and once again, there were a few articles that popped up and stated so, but no evidence as to when or where they became masons. Which leads me to believe it may be false. Does anyone here have any evidence, or even if it is true at all?

Never heard about it with Curly or Moe - which isn’t to say it isn’t so.  Maybe someone else has more info who is more knowledgeable on the subject than I.  I’ve come across stuff about Oliver Hardy.

Likewise, I've never read anything that suggested that any of the Stooges were Masons, but, as metaldams pointed out, that doesn't mean it couldn't be true.  I do think it's unlikely, but only because I think we would have learned about it by now if they were.  Masons aren't that secretive.
