Maren was the last surviving Munchkin from the Wizard of Oz.

He was in "Under the Rainbow", with Chevy Chase and Carrie Fisher.  We've got it on DVD - I'll have to get it out and watch it tommow in Jerry Maren's honor.

R.I.P. THE WIZARD OF OZ will probably be what he’s most remembered more, though just as notable was his appearance in AT THE CIRCUS, which he had a more prominent role in.
