Official shorts package for festival?

Does anyone know how would one get the proper licensing for the 'official' Sony/Columbia' package for a possible Stooges Film Festival?  (Brent?)  This would be on a DVD projector.

I found out, and in case anybody is interested or cares, Swank is the distributor, and they already deal with them. I guess they do businesses with schools and civic arts centers.
