What does MUTED Mean on top of our names? Deaf,Mute or Both?

It means that person cannot post, but in theory should still see the boards. Most likely the person with the Muted warning level has been banned outright since we can ban people without the use of the warning system, but I use the warning system along with the other way since the warning system is a good visual.
