Even though DITC is a PD short, I can't hold that against it. It's stiil a strong short.

It's even sadder that "Micro-Phonies" will possibly lose against a public domain short.

Micro-Phonies should not have even made it anywhere near this far: Disorder may be PD but it is far superior.

What difference does it make if Disorder is public domain or not?
Because the public domain ones are too tiring. We've all seen them 10,000 times. And besides, "Micro-Phones" is one of the best Curly shorts, IMHO.
At any rate, from the looks of this round, I don't think I'll be too happy to see what the #1 winner is. So many good shorts didn't make it this far and many of the weaker ones did.

I doubt I've watched the PD shorts any more than the rest of the shorts. I have a hell of a lot more copies of them though. If I buy a dvd with the PD's on it, there is something else I'm going for. "Three Stooges Chronicles" and 'Shemp Cocktail" come to mind. They have the PD's on them but I bought the dvd's for what else was on them.

We still got a couple of days to go. Gotta be honest, it's a little disappointing when we're this far and the closest match is 12 - 9. Still, we got a few days to vote in case anybody is interested, though it seems all the regular voters have already chimed in (thanks to all), so we need some new faces. Really guys, voting ain't that hard.
