Kind of has a Robert Englund thing going on, although I know that isn't him.

Omg! :o I would've never guessed. Poor guy...
-
No need to weep for him, curlysdame ... he is resting comfortably.
Jim Varney died of lung cancer on February 10, 2000 at 4:45 a.m. in his White House, Tennessee home as the movie Ernest the Pirate neared completion and when Atlantis: The Lost Empire was still in production.

That's a really morbid picture. That's so sad.
The Ernest movies were pretty ridiculous, but I liked them a lot as a kid. That and Varney was a very talented actor. It's a shame he passed away. I still remember seeing it on the news he passed, I was shocked. I didn't even know he was sick at the time, although like the last thing I remember him doing was a special guest star voice in the episode Bart Carney of The Simpsons.

My family and I met Jim when he was touring in his Ernest P Worrell gimmick for United Building Supply up in Alaska back in 1986.
He never signed autographs, but Jim would always take a photo with you, sans flash!
Hey Vern --- you and I are both missing EPW!
:P MotKE

The lil dude that had trouble completing a sentence ... in the scene I posted
"How we change 'em back Herc ... how we change 'em back?"
Newton ~ an odd name for a centaur.
In this series Hercules got his "with the strength of ten ordinary men" from a ring worn on his right index finger.
Sorta like a green dude seen recently.

Didn't a pull on his belt summon his strength?
In the words of Newt: "That's me, Herc!"

Two pics ... is it two people?
Tell me the truth my mystic crowd of Stooge buffoons ...
(The challenge ... tell me the movies and actresses in these flicks)

They DO LOOK a helluva lot alike , don't they?
