I recently watched this episode on Spike TV and noticed what seems to be a goof in the re-used footage from 'So Long, Mr. Chumps'. After a guard tells the boys to paint cell-block no. 6, there is a quick shot of the guard running with his mouth full of the 'paint sandwich', then it cuts to the scene of the boys with Pomeroy.

Is this a goof from just the Spike TV print, or from the film itself?

This was because Spike did some editing. In the full length short, Curly's "Hanging out on the gallows" line is reused, and so is the sequence in which curly paints the guard's sandwich.  For some reason, a lot of stations cut this part out.  However, in the stooges' marathon, Spike ran this short uncut.
