Topic: Dan Blocker question....

Viewing today's pick of Outer Space Jitters and seeing Dan Blocker made me recall an episode of Bonanza that had the story of Ben Cartwright's youth told in flashback, it turns out that Ben was married 3 times and had one son with each of his wives who all passed away. When they focused on Hoss' mom we learn that she was Scandanavian and that Hoss' given name was Eric, this was the only episode of Bonanza's long run that mentioned Hoss' actual name. Does anyone know about the episode I'm referring to?  Is there a Bonanza site with episode's outline?  I guess I can do a Google search.

I'm really dredging the back corridors of my memory for this, but I believe the episode is called "Elizabeth, My Love." It's about Ben Cartwright's younger years and his marriages. I know I've seen it, but I could be wrong about the title, it was so many years ago. That's where we learn that the Cartwright sons are in fact half-brothers (which accounts for the fact that none of them resemble each other).
