To avoid starting a new thread every time a celeb cashes in his/her chips I'm doing it in one spot. Please feel free to add those I've missed, like ...

Rutger Hauer, 75. Details of death are sketchy

He will always be Roy Batty to me, and Blade Runner, while not a perfect movie, is pretty close

I met Scott Wilson when he was filming "The Right Stuff" outside of Edwards Air Force  Base in a poker room. I recognized him. It was clear that none of the other players did. I mouthed to him "I know who you are". He followed me to the coffee urn and I asked him to tell me about Truman Capote. He frowned and said "I never met him"

R.I.P. to Julia Adams, I enjoyed her in CREATURE OF THE BLACK LAGOON.  Didn’t know she passed until now.

R.I.P. Ginger “Get Off My Lawn” Baker.  The documentary about him a few years back shows one of the most curmudgeonly people ever, but he was a fine drummer.  Clapton is the only surviving Cream member now.

1939 - 2019

R.I.P. Rip Taylor, 84.
I first saw him on the Jackie Gleason show from Miami when I was a kid. He cracked us up. Even my stoic dad was laughing his head off. I wondered: Who is this guy???

BTW he's another that I didn't know was gone.

Can't remember if Steve stole Ali from Robert or the other way around
