Can Somebody tell me if the Shemp film Everybody Likes Music from 1934 is lost. I was wondering if the film existed or just known for a credit for Shemp. Any help would be appreciated.

It is not lost.  It was screened in the Stoogeum's theater at a Fan Club Meeting several years ago.
