Topic: Looking for Julie Gibson

I received the following email yesterday.  I'm sharing it below in the extremely slim hope that someone knows how to find Julie Gibson:

I am the Institutional Historian for Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho --- the hometown of Camille Sorey, who was professionally known as Julie Gibson.

Several sources show that she is still alive and soon to celebrate her 105th birthday. She is reportedly the oldest film celebrity in the world.

As you are aware, she appeared in two (2) features with the Stooges.

I have attached her senior portrait at Lewiston High School, 1931.

As she is also an alumna of Lewis-Clark State,  I want to contact her.

Can you assist me?

I know Jim Pauley wrote an article, "Lunch with Julie Gibson" in the Summer 2004 issue of the Three Stooges Journal (#110), but for some reason I don't have any issues from that year in my collection, so I can't check to see if there was any reference to where she was living back then. 

If anyone has a clue, please let me know right away.  The Lewiston Tribune is planning on doing a front-page article on Julie Gibson on Sept. 6th, her 105th birthday.

The Journal article identifies her as living in Los Angeles.  WhitePages.com currently identifies her address and phone number as shown below, and it also identifies her association with Charles Barton and her age as being 104.  I can't vouch for the accuracy of this information, as it may be obsolete at this point in time, but it's probably worth giving the phone number a try.  Last I heard, Ms. Gibson was having age-related problems, but that shouldn't be a surprise.  Maybe a caregiver would answer the phone and provide additional information on Ms. Gibson.
