Who was Moe referring this line to when he claims that the old dame's a crook, let's give her the razzle dazzle?

I never understood who Moe was referring that line to and why he would feel that way about the old dame.

I never understood who Moe was referring that line to and why he would feel that way about the old dame.


The reference was to Louella Pindel, one of the bridge players, who apparently was taking kickbacks from Omay (the actual interior decorator, not Moe - just to be clear) for promoting his services to her friends.
