I'm surprised the listing doesn't mention the home's historical significance.
It seems to have been updated quite a bit, though. Off the top, I doubt that there's much left in it that was there when Moe was!

That's a lot of money. I guess they lowered it by $1.5 mil since you originally posted this, but still. I can't imagine Moe living in that house in its current state. haha

Interesting in that it looks like the house was sold for $6,500,000-on on May 3rd, then was relisted for $6,950,000- two days later on May 5th. So, I guess the deal didn't go through.
