Check this out, I can do more than write reviews.  Here's me doing a bass cover of The Beatles, "Yesterday."  Panties will now be flung in my direction even more so!  Enjoy!

I don't think I've ever seen a picture of you before, Doug.  Somehow I wasn't expecting you to look so - normal.   >:D

Maybe someday I'll share my own musical activities... except it would weaken the nation.

No tattoos, no earrings, though I do wear rock shirts on occasion, though even then not as much as I used to.  People I work with are shocked when they find out I'm a Slayer fan.

My electric bass needs to be restrung, so I'm playing Metallica's "Creeping Death" acoustic.  Here's the link, enjoy.  However, the most significant thing about this video is I speak, so this will kind of be like hearing your favorite silent film star in their first talkie.  Sounds much better with headphones or good speakers, by the way.  Sounds like crap on my iPhone.

There is something decidedly fun about being able to actually picture the person I interact with so much on this forum.

To add to it, that spot I'm sitting in, more than a few Stooge shorts have been watched from there and reviews composed on my iPad.

This was incredibly challenging and I'm proud of this.  Keith Emerson died today, so I thought I'd learn a difficult piece as a tribute.  It's Bach, hope you enjoy.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=pM1uFwMXOZQ  Ah, what the Hell, I'll post another, only because I'm playing my electric this time.  "Invaders" from Iron Maiden, like the Bach piece above, stretching my technical limits.  Enjoy!

I thoroughly enjoyed the Bach!  Very good, my friend!

Thanks, I appreciate it!  That was incredibly hard to learn, but I'm glad I got a decent take to post.

WHAT'S GOING ON - Marvin Gaye

Last video I'm going to post in this thread.  If anyone's interested, my playlist is in my signature and will be updated whenever I make a new video and if you're not interested...that's OK too.  Anyway, posting this one as a standout because it's my first Motown style video.  I'm looking off to the side in this one because I'm sight reading and I mostly got it right.  A tribute to the great James Jamerson.  Enjoy.

Oh, what the heck, I'll highlight one more, only because it's my first video of music contemporary to the Stooge era.  My bass cover of Glenn Miller, "In the Mood."  Hope you enjoy.
