Scene question

I could've sworn I saw a scene in a Shemp-era short in which he talks inside a bottle with some water inside after which Moe asks Larry what Shemp said and Larry does the same exact sound, causing Moe to hit him. If so, what film is it?

I think what you're referring to is a scene from
Hold That Lion
, where Shemp has the fish bowl fall on his head after getting beat up by Slipp....
Talbot's body is the perfect home for the Monster's brain, which I will add to and subtract from in my experiments.
