How long were the Stooges shown on local TV stations before they began running on cable channels? (i.e. ABC Family AMC, Spike)

Also, I understand they used to run on TBS as well.

I'm sorry if this has been brought up/discussed before, but I've always found this very interesting.
If there's no other place around the place, I reckon this must be the place, I reckon.
