The benefits for me, other than the weight loss.
1.). I'm overall happier.
2.). Chronic cough is gone
3.). Indigestion is gone
4.). Females smile at me more
The bad part is I gotta spend money on new clothes.

At age 19.75 I weighed 220 pounds. I then lost 10 pounds in a week -- my method is NOT recommended -- it was the flu. But I kept it off, later joined a men's gym, and by age 23 I was in the 180s, and I have maintained the 180-185-pound range ever since.
Of course, ye olde knees don't work like they used to, but at least that's unrelated.
And if the females are smiling at you more, maybe your wallet is more visible.
