I'm just taking a head count to see how many have followed over to the new forum. The designated asshole of the forum has reported for duty.

Not exactly. Membership on the forum and on ThreeStooges.net will be separate from this point forward, however existing members will be grandfathered in, so you won't need to re-register there. I will be modifying the template here on the forum, after I re-launch the Filmography, to have a modified header with the Filmography site menu, etc.

It also apepars that I shall be reciving a Three Stooges birthday when the update is done.

Are we actually just converting to a new server or a whole new website is being created?

Same server, but the forum is now on a separate domain and ThreeStooges.net is undergoing a complete overhaul. It will be similar to the old site, but somewhat streamlined and the coding that runs it is re-written from scratch using a nice, compact framework. (I'll spare you the technical details.)
