My favorite Game Shows are: Family Feud, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, Match Game, Deal Or No Deal, Hollywood Squares, Wheel Of Fortune, Lingo, and Greed.

Offline Boid Brain

My current fave is Jeopardy, but my all time fave was the Gong Show. In the latter days of the show's run, when they would break for lunch Jaye P. Morgan would pound down booze and come back bawdy as hell...it ultimately cost her her job: The audience went WILD. And so did ABC.

For having such small breasts they are incredibly lopsided. That's not to say that small tits should perfectly symmetrical but man, those are way off.

I'm not sure if it's cool to post titty pics so I'll leave it to Rob's discretion. I'm cool with it but I don't think we've ever come across this in all of my years here so I don't know if it's cool or not. I'll peruse the rules real quick.

Well there's nothing in the rules about it, probably since we've never had anyone posting nudes. Rob?

I think I made a "no porn" comment years ago in regards to videos, but I don't think we ever established an actual rule.  I don't really have a problem with an occasional titty pic when appropriate (such as the artistic nude picture of Elizabeth Taylor), but I don't want to see the forum flooded with them either.  Let's leave it on a case-by-case basis, at least for now.

In this case, there doesn't seem to be much to complain about.  Jaye P. Morgan's titties weren't much more than my man boobs (which is sad for her.)  :-\

If I may make a suggestion.....

Boid- Can you add "NSFW" in the title of your posts next time you post such pictures? I'd appreciate it.

I don't have a problem with this personally, but I visit this site during my working hours and if my boss caught me looking at these types of pictures, I could get in trouble.

I was going to complain as soon as I saw Jaye P's tits. All I had to do was look at who the poster was. You have to be the most over-sexed person on this site (which is saying something). Do you have to prove to everybody that you are a heterosexual?

Rob, I say no more titty pictures!!! People may lose their job because of this!  If you want to have a cheesecake 'adults only' section (didn't we used to?), that may be ok.

....and I am not doing this because I am a female and offended. I used to model when I was young, so the cheesecake doesn't bother me at all.

Well Rob there goes my idea of the two of us posting pics of our tits. We had an adults only section years ago (Baby-Sitter's Jitters I think it was called) but other than some gruesome shots of cancerous tumors I don't recall any nudity on it.

I don't see the problem as the only part of the pic that I would consider "offensive" is that her tits are not nice to look at, but perhaps a NSFW tag would work the next time.

That's a good point, X; I should have thought of it myself.

@Boid Brain (and anyone else who might be inclined to post a nude picture):  these pictures will only be acceptable in the future if they are reasonably tasteful and appropriate to the thread (e.g., the picture of Elizabeth Taylor), and if the post is clearly labeled NSFW (Not Safe For Work) in the subject line.  Gratuitous nudie pictures (male or female) will not be acceptable; there are plenty of porn sites on the web, if you're looking for titilation.

I'll make this into a formal addition to the posting rules later.  Since this hasn't been a rule until now, I'm not going to get after anyone for existing posts.  Although it's a case of locking the barn door after the horse has bolted, I have also labeled Boid's post, above, as NSFW.

I think it is the first time I have actually seen someone use "cheesecake" in that way in modern times. Of course I've come across "beefcake" for dudes, but not "cheesecake" for ladies.

Also, as one of (if not THE) most undersexed people on this site do you happen to have any spare modeling pics available?  :P

I'm glad this came up, because I was in a quandary over what to do with the final photo for actress #7. I surely don't want to turn this quality site into a pervfest. I admit to a fascination of seeing photo's of old stars in the buff. I have no interest in the current crop because they are naked in their movies, so it's no big deal.

Further, I have no interest in sexually oriented photo's. Just old celebs posing for the camera. I have actually used restraint in posting these photo's. For example....I have pictures of Donna Reed posing on a bed with only a garter belt and stockings. But I did not share it because it was tacky. Same with Donna Douglas.

I will certainly use the NSFW tag henceforth.

Only if you like real big blonde 80's hair!!!!

Cheesecake refers to the pin-up genre. No nudity! Any model worth her weight has done cheesecake!

I'm somewhat surprised to realize that we've had message boards on this site for over ten years and this is the first time the subject has even come up.

I think it would be common sense not to post nude photos on a non porn site.  For ten years, it was common sense, anyway.

Well back to the subject. I like Family feud, smarter than a 5th grader, the price is right, and minute to win it. I just enjoy seeing people compete, and seeing if im smarter than these dummies they have on. I like jeopardy, but i usually only watch it when they have kids or teens on it. Otherwise, i feel stupid when i cant answer many of the questions.

For me, the best game show of all time is the one I tape two episodes' worth each morning on GSN -- Match Game '7#.  Game shows were my favorite genre in the late 1960s and most of the 1970s.  It's too bad NBC destroyed all of those old "fill-um" of their shows.  Nowadays, other than The Price Is Right, what show even lasts more than a year?

I have been a lover of game shows for a very long time. I even have a collection of board games based on them.

Damn Prof, could you post pics?

Don't forget Wheel of Fortune is still on and Vanna is holding up quite well. Family Feud is still on somewhere as well. You could also consider Survivor a game show. I watched a bit of Minute To Win It last night and found the host annoying.

Some of my earliest memories involve my grandmother baby sitting me, watching Wheel of Fortune, and complaining how awful Vanna White looks because she wears too much make-up.  Women always be hataz towards each other, y'all, even my grandma-ma.

Vanna White rules, even now, but especially then.

Yeah, mentioning TPIR was because I've seen so much of Drew Carey lately.  The current attempts by GSN to make new shows generally fail big-time.  I think that the new version of 1 vs. 100 collapsed because of the $50,000 top prize being (A) much less than the previous million, and (2) it was not easy to win.

In the earlier years of GSN, they had "Sunday Night in Black and White" from 7:00 or 8:00 p.m. on.  My favorite from that group was "What's My Line" hosted by John Charles Daly, seeing the mystery guests how they looked so many moons ago.
