Self-Made Maids Observation

I'm watching Self-Made Maids right now (haven't seen it in years -- now I remember why!), and although no one else is credited in the short I believe the man in the lobby reading the newspaper stands in as Moe's double when Moe as the old man runs in to the cake and he, Larry, and Shemp get in to an argument.

The side of the man's face can clearly be seen and it looks like he and Moe are even wearing the same hat.

Is this the same guy or are my eyes playing tricks on me?
