Was looking back through this thread and realized I totally forgot another one of my absolute favorites, The Ballad of Danny Bailey (1909-34), so I decided to rewrite my list. There aren’t any major changes outside of the addition of Bailey and Roy Rogers moving up on the list:
1. Madman Across the Water (with Mick Ronson on guitar)
2. Roy Rogers
3. The Ballad of Danny Bailey (1909-34)
4. Funeral For a Friend/Love Lies Bleeding
5. Someone Saved My Life Tonight
6. Tiny Dancer
7. (Gotta Get a) Meal Ticket
8. Sick City
9. Crocodile Rock
10. Come Down In Time
...and for the record, I'm a huge Alice Cooper fan. Elton likes Alice too, and one of my favorite A.C. albums is FROM THE INSIDE, which was co written by Bernie Taupin. Davey Johnstone played guitar with Alice around that time '78 - '79 and I have DVD footage.
I knew about Taupin, but not about Johnstone. Where is the DVD footage from?
