I saw that film for the 1st time a couple of nights ago. Karloff as the Fu Man and a young Myrna Loy as his horny, sadistic kid. It was a pre-code film and was riddled with torture and sadism.

To my delight I spotted the "genius" of the lamp as one of his slaves....just a quick face shot while he and a pal flogged the shit out of the good guy.
