This is the 14-minute version of THE THREE STOOGES SCRAPBOOK (1960). The 25-minute, color 1960 TV pilot was edited into two short subjects distributed in late summer 1963... this 14-minute short, and a 10-minute short featuring THE SPAIN MUTINY cartoon. Some of SCRAPBOOK's footage had earlier been printed in B&W and used in THE THREE STOOGES IN ORBIT (1962).

Very interesting from a Stooge history standpoint but still quite weak and stale. Seeing the boys in the 60's (and at or near their 60's) doing the same stuff they were doing 20-30 years earlier doesn't quite work.
