I've been wanting to see this (and Charley Chase's THE HECKLER, which this film is a remake of), for years!  I'll have to check this out later.  My biggest disappointment with the 190 Stooge shorts is that they could not make room for one baseball short, but perhaps this'll ease the pain.

MR. NOISY is better than THE HECKLER. Shemp just sells it better than Chase.
