Early Bing Crosby. This video only lasts 12 minutes, but IMDB lists running time as 19.

I'm not usually big on music from this era, but the opening song is quite pleasant.

IMDB credits Felix Adler as a writer.

Yes, that print definitely is missing at least seven minutes. I think I have a copy of the complete short somewhere, but haven't looked at it in years, so I don't recall what's cut from this version. I also do have the cutting continuity script that has everything printed out in detail (if anyone really needs to know what's missing.)
But anyway, it works fine in this short version. Bing gets his songs in, and even with the editing, plot still can be followed well enough.
