despite you know the 2 lost MGM shorts.

I know of one lost MGM short -- "Hello Pop!" What was the other one?

I have collected a bulk of their filmography on VHS. Most of their Healy-era films, except Hollywood On Parade, Turn Back the Clock and Hollywood Party. I also have all 190 shorts and the following features: Time Out for Rhythm, Rockin' In the Rockies, Swing Parade of 1946 and Gold Raiders, as well as all 7 Curly-Joe features (I am including Kook's Tour).

For DVD, I have Soup to Nuts, 3 of the 5 extant Healy shorts from MGM, all 190 Columbia shorts, Swing Parade of 1946, and 5 of the Curly-Joe features.

Very impressive, afcomser. We are all hoping that all of the Stooges' works see a DVD, and even Blu-ray release. The one I especially want to see is The New Three Stooges. I know a few volumes of those cartoons were released, but a complete collection would be nice. However, due to various conflicts over "Super Everybody", that seems unlikely.

That's OK! You don't have to be a collector to be a Stooges fan!

There's always YouTube!

I think all that is over, now. I hear tell that, from the 70's onward, that cartoon has been available in the syndication package and it has certainly aired. WGN ran it in the 90's-- the show that started with the song, "Three Stooges are bettah than one!"

There was word on the interweb a few years ago that some company or other had acquired the elements to all the cartoons, and that there might be video releases to follow. This came after the Rhino tapes and dvd issues. Nothing ever came of that, thogh.

PD pusher, Madacy, released a disc of the cartoons in a 4-disc tin some time ago, and they looked like they were sourced from the same remastered elements as the Rhino discs (but, thankfully, not the very same cartoons from those discs!). Problems with those, however, included a mastering error that distorted the picture vertically, leaving a phony widescreen look (even on the disc menus). Plus, there were dropped frames all over the place, as if they'd been through some sort of standards conversion.

Pity.. It could have been a very good disc, indeed.

True, there is YouTube, but most of the time, the full short is not posted and the videos are sometimes grainy, so it's good for a short fix. ;)
