This is a good short, and I believe the last one he made for Educational.

I've only seen three Educational Keaton shorts, and this is one of them.  JAIL BAIT is available on the KEATON PLUS DVD, which is also part of the mandatory ART OF BUSTER KEATON box set.

I honestly have never seen anything bad made by Buster. I have enjoyed everything I have seen so far!

I was thinking that his Educationals were going to really be bad, but I enjoy all of them!

I have a rough time with some of Keaton's MGM features.  The whole simple minded "Elmer" character got old after a while, though I think Keaton did the best with what MGM gave him.

I've only seen 3 of his Educationals, so I can't comment too much on this phase of his career.  I'll do a youtube search tonight, maybe some more are online.

Yes, the dumb Elmer character did get old quickly!

I believe several of his Educationals are public domain.

JAIL BAIT was taken off the Kino KEATON PLUS DVD, so that's why the quality is good.  I agree, it is a really good short.  Not the quality of his silents, but still a very good 1930's comedy short.

LOVE NEST ON WHEELS pretty much the quality I was expecting, which is good but not classic.  For a Buster fan like me, that's OK, I'm just happy to see Buster revise some old routines (see THE BELL BOY), and it was interesting seeing some of Buster's family members.

You guys will all love the part where Bud Jamison gets his head stuck in the elevator shaft.
