Topic: A Problem w/ Posting

Lately, it seems I've been having some trouble with posting messages here.  The messages themselves seem to appear, but when I go back to the main page, the topic doesn't appear at the top of the page to indicate that a new post has been added.  Plus, each topic shows the name of the last person who posted, yet lately, when I post a message, my name doesn't appear.  This has happened several times in the past week.  I'm wondering what is causing the problem?  Any thoughts or suggestions?

Refreshing the page usually works for me.

I tried the things Rob suggested, and I did do most of them. I cannot remember which one did not work for my IE 7.0....the instructions didn't jive.
