Ridiculous!  This ranks right up there with the brilliant minds that brought us soy burgers, fat free mayo, and light beer.  Those guys look like a bunch of queers sitting around that table "smoking" those...whatever the hell they are.  I quit smoking years ago.  But if you're going to smoke, then do it right.  Which requires real tobacco, a flame, and the production of actual smoke.  After all, the whole point is that you are sucking on something that is on fire!  Smoke em' if you got em'. 

Here's what I'd like to do to the idiot(s) who invented the "electric cigarette" =
