For you guys interested in the history of film, these are the first "movies" ever released to the public all the way back in 1895. The Lumiere Brothers are responsible. Some of these are obviously staged, and some are actual street life from back in the day (who says reality TV is a recent thing)?
Back then, the draw of these films was the fact these pictures were moving, and that train sequence you'll see later on? Scared the heck out of people, as they thought the train was going to come out of the screen! You'll also see the first comedy film with a guy getting sprayed in the face with a hose, and the first special effects film, all in the span of six plus minutes. Enjoy.
