How big is your Stooge collection?

According to an article I read on Wikipedia, a man named Robert Swerdlow owns a large collection of Three Stooges memorabilia. How big the collection was in terms of the number of items is unknown. That being said, I am curious as to how your Stooge collections measure up. List all the items you have and the quantity of each. Feel free to update your listing as often as possible. Here is what I have:

76 VHS tapes (mix of official releases and bootlegs)

11 books

9 Christmas tree ornaments (3 sets of 3, displayed only at the appropriate time of year)

5 coffee mugs

4 shot glasses

3 tin signs

3 golf balls

3 art prints

2 DVD sets (the first 2 volumes of the new Sony sets)

2 postcards

2 cigarette lighters

1 license plate

1 crystal art piece

1 board game

1 ceramic travel mug

1 photo used for a birthday cake design

Total number of items: 125

My stooge collection is toooo big. It's so big that I have no time or patience to count at the moment. But what I have is: a ton of older VHS tapes (Columbia ones and ones recorded from TV), a lot of the older DVD releases (which includes the bootleg set, of course), one mug, a few shirts, 2007 calendar, model kit, a few books, a magnetic picture, and some others that I can't remember at the moment. I'm a stooge freak, believe it or not.

I actually used to have a lot more DVDs and VHS videos. But I sold them on Ebay because I'm gradually getting rid of them as the chronological sets are being released.

I don't have an actual count as to how much I have, but I do have a lot of stooge video tapes, ( both recorded from tv and tapes/dvds I bought or were given as gifts). I have various stooge mugs, calendars, 2 sets of stooge ornaments, a set of stooge magnets, a stooge trivia game, as well as a set of stooge "talking heads." I'm sure it is not the largest collection by any means, but it keeps me "stoogin' !!!"   :D

1 t-shirt
A half a dozen or so books
Most of the films

Not much for collectibles because I'm interested in other comedians and music as well.  If i were to collect all the extracurricular stuff for all my interests, things could get overwhelming.

I am the same way.  I am happy with the stack of books and DVDs that I have!

Being an empty-nester, my wife was gracious enough to give me a room to cram all of my Stooge stuff in. I kind of like the back-drop on the fish tank that I rigged up. But more than that, I value the memories I have of going to some of the Stooge related events. Things like Larry Fine's birthday last October, or the Stooge Fan Club meeting this April. They mean just as much to me than anything I have hanging on a wall.

Wow! Those stooge stuffs are nice!! And you have a lot of them too. Now that makes my stooge collection look small. I don't have much of those types of stooge stuff that you have pictured. Sometimes when I go on vacation, I do see some of them in stores and get tempted in buying them, but I have to be strong and use my willpower because I only live in a small apartment. So, I don't have any room to store or display them. It's bad enough that I already have the stuff I have. I'm not lucky like you to have a room dedicated to stooge collectibles.

Gentlemen:

Please forgive me sirs.  But if it is all right I would like to post in my two cents worth.  I have at least 20 wall hangings. Several photos. All of the information books.  Everything Shemp ever made.  Some Ted Healy solos. (VHS collection of their shorts). About 10 shirts.  And the one that I really love is a hand painted personal made picture of Shemp, and a Shemp screen saver.

Thank you and please forgive me for being a nusiance gentlemen.

There's a pink junk store in Seabrook, New Hampshire that sells a bunch of Stooges posters.  I found 8.  My mom only let me get 3.  But next summer, I'm coming back for the other 5! :D

Childish banner, obviosuly a child, speaks of New England roots, knowledge of Jim Carrey comedies, and has a strange fascination with Ted Healy. Combine this with a cox.net IP address, and you have the fucktard formerly known as Moe Joe.  I close the iron door on you.

Moe-jo already mentioned about her ban at Stoogeworld before. For some reason, she thinks it's Jim who has been banning her.

I'll have to check the records, but I think all three of us have now had a hand in banning her.   ;D

She's mad because no one from here will sign up at that Stooge site she put up. She's the only one that goes there, she just keeps posting under different names. It's actually pretty sick. Hey, when was Spell Check added ? Now there's no excuses for being stupid.

Hey, when was Spell Check added ? Now there's no excuses for being stupid.

LOL!  I had turned on that feature years ago, but it never worked on our old server, and I didn't realize that it was working on this one.  I know that I'm getting more senile as the years go by, but did that just appear recently?  (I'm just wondering if our web host added the needed component recently, or if I have really just not noticed that for over 6 months.)

Today was the first time I saw the Spell Check feature.

Well that's a relief - I thought I was losing what little I had left of my mind!   ;D

The web hosting company must have updated the server earlier today.  Come to think of it, BeAStooge reported a server problem to me this morning, but everything was fine when I looked.  I'll bet that's when they did it.

Yes! I was looking for it amongst the little buttons above the emoticons, and I couldn't find it.

For those of you that cannot find the spell check button, it is down with the 'post' and 'preview' section!  [thumbright]

Just out of morbid curiosity, what is the url for the website she set up?

I just took a little stroll through Stoogeworld and I honestly can't believe what's going on there. It is now the place where the former members from this site hang out. They're even trying to beg shemps#1 and metaldams to remove their bans. It's crazy. It's just getting worse over there and it doesn't seem like the administrator over there is aware of it. This is why I don't post there anymore. I really hate to see a Stooge forum get vandalized by such nonsense.

If you use Mozilla Firefox as a browser, it will underline, in red, any mispelled word. That's one of the biggest advantages of using that brower over IE. Not to mention the lower spyware risk.
