I don't believe there's been an official press release yet.  In fact I'm sure, or it would definitely be here on the forum already.  Probably December, or very early 09', if I had to venture a guess.  We're all excited about Volume 5, because we want to see how Sony does the transition from Curly to Shemp.  Speaking of THREE LITTLE PIRATES--as Moe said:  "We shall see".
