Topic: Malice in the Palace and You Nazty Spy! Map Question

In You Nazty Spy!, the boys look at a map depicting the Kingdom of Moronika.  In Malice in the Palace, the same map is shown with the same countries and is under a different kingdom name.  I'm confused!  Someone help me understand!  Did Moronika get rid of Moe Hailstone and change their name or what?
