That's a great lineup! Wish there were some more Stooge-goings on in Northern California. Last thing was a Stooge Festival New Year's Eve 2006 in the Bay!

I miss the Stoogesfests they used to run back home. They need something like that out West.

The Event/TV forum is tied into the the calendar and is a restricted board.  Usually RedfordTheater posts these announcements, but you apparently beat him to it this time. 

I'll move this thread to the board and tie it to the event for you.  Sounds like another great lineup.  I've missed the last couple of events (Redford is over an hour to an hour and a half away), but I'll try to make it to this one.

We usually take the back roads down to I-75 in Auburn Hills, then cut over to Telegraph.  We made it in 70 minutes once, on a Saturday afternoon.

Dear False Alarms:

I know that you posted the Redford Michigan Stooges Festival a couple of weeks ago.  But due to work this is the first time that I noticed it in time to plan for it.  I truely appreciate you doing this.  Redford is about an hour away from me here in Howell Michigan.  I will be looking forward to attending it.

Is it only in Michigan that distance is measured by commuting time?

i.e. Howell MI is 40 min. from me in Waterford MI. (40 miles); yet Redford (30 miles) can be an hour away?

I definitely agree!  Funny you should mention the Stooges New Year's Eve '06 Festival; are you, by chance, referring to the one that was shown at the Castro Theater in The City? (if so, then I went that evening!)     ...Just out of curiosity, where in Northern California are you?  I live (native) and work in San Francisco, myself.
