How lame ... I was expecting the person to break a femur or ulna, but YOU left out an important detail, he jumps off a balcony onto a Christmas Tree on the floor below, thus breaking his fall and sparing him from bodily harm (although by watching the video, NOT sparing legal ensnarements).
