That's a great find, Bill.  That kind of absurd propaganda might have worked once upon a time, but these days the vast majority has either smoked pot themselves, or at least knows someone who has, so they know that the drug war rantings against pot are pure bullshit.

To compliment your video find, I'm going to attach one of my favorite 'Viper" songs that I saved from Pilsner's Picks, along with another favorite tune.  ("Viper" was a 1930's term for pothead, btw.)

I was wondering when you would say something Rob. I have always considered "Reefer Madness"  just as ridiculous & interesting as "Plan 9 from Outer Space".
That tune "ViperMad" is a nice little swing tune.
