Does anyone know if she's still around? It's highly unlikely, but I've never seen any concrete evidence that she has died. I know reading an old post at another board that she's "presumed dead," but I'm not 100% sure that she is. Maybe 99.9% sure but not 100%. The post I was reading was from 2004 and said if she was alive, she would be 104, meaning she was born in 1899 or 1900.
I looked through the Social Security Death Index, and there's no Julia Rosenthal's listed that were born in 1899 or 1900. Also, on ussearch.com, there's a few Julia Rosenthal's with listed ages of 105 and 108 with their cities being listed as a couple of towns in the NYC area. Some of these places are Ozone Park, Woodmere and Valley Stream. I don't have an account there so I can't find out more beyond that, and I'm not sure how accurate their info is anyway.
