This video brings to mind the current Governor's race being hotly contested here in the gret-big state of Texas, and it pits a female contender named Carole Keeton Strayhorn (formerly Carole Keeton Rylander, Comptroller for the State of Texas - this is her third marriage [Ed Strayhorn]) and the current Governor Rick Perry. I will now list my dislikes about each:
What I find offensive about Carole is her incessant use of hyphenated names, to make her sound more important than she really is. I feel the same as George Carlin when he said:
Hi, I'm Emily Jarescort Fordesku
Hi, I'm George Jerk-Me-Off Fuck-You-Too
You don't aquire personal dignity by adding a name to your name. Feminists think its a radical act, its not. Castrating a guy in a parking lot with a Coke bottle is a radical act. Hyphenating your name is pretentious bullshit.
I have no idea as to her politcal beliefs or affiliations, and therefore I will defer from judgment at this time. (just pick a name!!)
As far as Rick Perry is concerned, he belongs to the same swill that George Jr. came from, so 'nuff said.
