Would it be safe to assume that since the Horowitz-Howard brothers were from Brooklyn that they would've been Brooklyn Dodgers fans? Anyone know?  How about Larry, would he have been a Phillies or perhaps Philadelphia Braves fan?  Finally, since the Larry and Moe lived in Hollywierd since the 1930's did they become L A Dodgers fans after 1958?  I could see this easily being the case for Brooklyn born Moe.

I once read that the Brooklyn team was named after that borough's residents reputation for avoiding the trolleys while crossing the streets, hence the "dodgers"

The Braves were never in Philadelphia, they were in Boston. The A's were in Philadelphia.

Larry was a Phillies fan. There is a great story that Nate Bundick told (and is on the 2nd disc of extras on the A&E Biography disc). He describes that the two of them drove to Pittsburgh from Philly in a very short amount of time, BS-ing the police on the way, and weaseling tickets for the game and for the next day's game.

They were seated in the Pirates' manager's box, and proceeded to cheer the Phillies on!
